Which Cobb Agency Arrested?
The creator controls the narrative record. Cobb Police handles its incident reports; Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Acworth, Powder Springs, and Austell route city reports through their own custodians. Under O.C.G.A. §50-18-71, an agency generally responds within three business days by producing the record or stating when it will be ready and estimating cost. It need not create a new criminal-history summary.
Booking Logs and Recent Arrests
