Why We Built This Site

Georgia public access does not place every record in one database. Cobb Sheriff creates booking and custody material; the clerks maintain filed charges and dispositions; GCIC operates the statewide repository; and corrections and the Georgia Sex Offender Registry serve different statutory purposes.
